2. Product & Service Description

1. All laser equipment parameters, pictures, cases and introductions displayed on the website are for reference only. Actual machine configuration, size and performance shall prevail in the formal sales contract signed by both parties.
2. We provide one-stop services including equipment consultation, customized scheme design, free sample testing, factory inspection, door-to-door delivery, installation debugging and after-sales maintenance.
3. Free sample service only supports materials specified by our company; special materials and extra sample costs shall be borne by customers.

3. Quotation & Payment Terms

1. All online quotations are temporary preliminary offers. The final unit price, payment method and delivery cycle are subject to written formal quotation and sales contract.
2. Customers need to pay the deposit according to the agreed proportion after confirming the order; mass production will be arranged only after the deposit arrives in our designated account.
3. All payments shall be transferred through official corporate accounts. We shall not be liable for any loss caused by private transfer without official confirmation.

4. Delivery & Acceptance

1. Delivery time will be confirmed by both parties in the contract. Force majeure factors such as logistics delay, raw material shortage and port customs clearance delay are not within our liability scope.
2. Customers shall inspect the machine within 3 working days after receiving the goods. If any damage or missing parts caused by transportation, please provide photos/videos for us to arrange compensation and replacement parts.
3. Failure to submit quality objections within the inspection period will be deemed that the customer fully accepts the intact equipment.

5. Warranty & After-Sales Support

1. Standard warranty period: the core laser source enjoys 3-year warranty, machine body and electrical components enjoy 1-year free warranty (excluding consumables such as cutting nozzles, lenses, belts).
2. We provide remote online technical guidance all year round; paid door-to-door maintenance service is available for overseas customers according to regional distance.
3. Damage caused by man-made improper operation, unauthorized disassembly, overloaded processing and environmental corrosion is not covered by free warranty.

6. User Conduct Restrictions

1. You shall not use this website for illegal processing, infringement, fraud, malicious inquiry and other acts violating local laws.
2. It is forbidden to copy, modify, steal the website pictures, product parameters, case texts and design drawings for commercial use without our written authorization.
3. Do not send a large number of repeated consultation messages, spam emails or malicious attack scripts to interfere with the normal operation of the website.
